14-day money-back guarantee
We want you to be happy with Deploft. If you're not, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription, for any reason.
The 14-day window starts on the date of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
What's covered
The guarantee applies to:
- Your first payment on a new monthly or annual plan.
- The first payment after upgrading to a higher tier, for the difference paid.
What's not covered
To keep pricing fair for everyone, the following are non-refundable:
- Renewal payments after the first 14-day window (cancel anytime to stop future renewals).
- Usage-based add-ons already consumed, such as additional backups or other paid extras.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Requests made more than 14 days after the payment date.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or open a request from your billing dashboard, and tell us you’d like a refund.
You don't need to explain why. We may ask one or two quick questions so we can improve, but a reason is never required.
How long it takes
We approve eligible refunds within 2 business days. Once approved, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your server running until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund. Request one within the 14-day window if you’d like your money back.
