Acceptance

By creating an account or using Deploft, you agree to these Terms. If you’re using Deploft on behalf of an organization, you’re agreeing on its behalf.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Deploft to:

• Break the law or infringe others’ rights.
• Send spam, host malware, or run phishing or fraud.
• Attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run workloads we identify as abusive without prior written approval.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the platform at risk. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.

Disclaimer and liability

Deploft is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
